When needing to carry out a contract with you
Focus Enterprise Solutions processes personal data if needed to carry out a contract between Focus Enterprise Solutions and other parties. The processing of personal data is part of the terms and conditions accepted by the other party. Without this processing it is not possible to fulfill the terms of the contract.

We are legally obliged to process your personal data in order to comply with tax law and other legal obligations.

Do we process unique/sensitive personal data?
Focus Enterprise Solutions has no intention of collecting sensitive personal data, such as information about political views, race, religious belief, health, criminal data, or other matters.
Do we share your personal data with other parties??
We treat your personal data confidentially. In some cases, we may provide the personal data that we collect to third parties for the abovementioned purposes. These include Broad Horizon B.V., Google Analytics, and Online Success. Together with organizations that process your data on our behalf, and per our instructions, we sign a data processor agreement to ensure that your data is protected at a uniform level of security and confidentiality. Focus Enterprise Solutions continues to be responsible for processing your data. In addition, Focus Enterprise Solutions provides your personal data to other third parties but only with your explicit consent (for more information please see the cookie policy). We also will not provide your data to third parties unless legally obliged (for example, if the police suspect criminal activity).
We will take measures to ensure your personal data is adequately protected if it has been transferred to a controller– outside the European Economic Area (EEA) – that does not offer a matching level of protection. This includes entering into contractual EU Model Clauses with the controller.
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. How do we protect your personal data?
We take appropriate security measures to minimize misuse of, and unauthorized access to, your personal data. This is how we ensure that only the persons necessary have access to your data, that access to the data is protected, and that our security measures are regularly checked.
